By placing an order at yachttenderinflatable.com, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or make a purchase.
Pricing & Availability
- All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
- We strive to keep our inventory and pricing accurate. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you within 24 hours to offer an equivalent product or a full refund.
- Pricing errors will be corrected, and we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.
Orders
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or restricted shipping addresses.
- We ship only within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
- Order confirmation emails do not guarantee shipment. Orders are final once shipped.
Use of the Product
- Inflatable RIB tenders are watercraft. The buyer is responsible for compliance with all local, state, and federal boating regulations, including registration, life jacket requirements, and operator licensing.
- Always operate with appropriate safety equipment and within the rated capacity printed on the hull plate.
- Yacht Tender Inflatable is not liable for injury, property damage, or loss arising from improper use, overloading, or operation in unsafe conditions.
- Buyers must follow all manufacturer instructions for inflation, maintenance, storage, and transport.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including product descriptions, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Yacht Tender Inflatable and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
- Yacht Tender Inflatable's liability for any single claim is limited to the purchase price of the tender involved.
- We are not liable for incidental damages, lost time on the water, or consequential losses arising from product use.
- We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.
Warranty Disclaimer
Products are warranted against manufacturing defects as specified in the product documentation. We make no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Warranty claims must be submitted to info@poolheaterpump.com.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Yacht Tender Inflatable harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Alameda County, California.
